• Re: Hardest Triceps tracks

tiger75: BillyG, Yeah same here. Triceps pushups are OK for me. Dips are tough but I like them.. If you find dips harder than pushups then you're doing something wrong! The 2 J-Lo tracks are by far the biggest killers...

Larry_T: Did everyone forget ''Give it Up'' by Captain Jack from BP 51???? I've tried my hardest to Larry... along with the awful Celebration from 50... The Race is a pretty tough one too - BP36... Piece of my Heart still gets my vote - just a stunningly great squat track!

  • Re: Release 46, Track 1 -- How are your classes liking this?

So many people seem to have struggled with this track... have to say that it hasn't caused me any major problems however. Since there are only 2 moves to cue I've found the easiest way to cue it is to let the legs guide you... first move, the leg and arm move together when you step out. However, on the second move, the focus is on where the ...

  • Re: Hardest Legs/Squats Track

akirkley:Voodoo Child by far! Well, Voodoo Child has 136 reps in it, Piece of my Heart has 134... not a lot to choose between them IMO... TBH, if you're doing your bottom halves properly, Piece of my Heart should just have the edge...

  • Re: Chest press with 10kg plates on bar

Strange - which bars do you have? Obviously some non standard Pump bars... in which case, how can you perform proper technique even without the 10kg plates on?

BP40 Ice Ice Baby is an absolute killer... BP37 Harden Up also a tough one... Walk This Way is fairly tough but bores me to tears...

  • Re: Where are the best instructors?

PHUAG: - running the class akin to pump or attack where you are pushed and forced to do the advanced options. No-one should be pushed to do anything...encouraged to advance perhaps, never pushed - so I can't see how that would apply any differently to Pump or Attack! Options should be given in every class... any good instructor will do this!

  • Re: Hardest Legs/Squats Track

Would say that Piece of my Heart is up there, along with Voodoo Child as already stated. However, Pride (from 48 ) is also a tough one, The Race (36) and Raining Men (29) are much earlier contenders...

  • Re: Why do Cooldowns have to be such downbeat and dreary songs?

Angel from 67 You Raise Me Up from 58 both fairly uplifting... but I know what you mean. Although, frankly, it doesn't bother me when superb songs like Hurt get used...

  • Re: keeping the beat

HellRazoR: , explain the timing of the instructor in the two HellRazoR vs. BodyPump videos where I showed a beatmap to songs that I didn't even choose, they were chosen by forum requests, they show instructors beginning moves two beats early, finishing moves and standing still. I showed as plainly as I could the errors in BP timing (since ...
