Asics only!!!!!! I have tried the Saucony and ended up with major foot problems. They are great for running but I could not wear them for BodyStep. Cannot find a comfortable pair of Nikes. They are not the shoe for me.

Look at it as something different. On it's own the music is very different. But with the chorey it is fun. I taught tracks 4 and 10 today at a Super. They were very well received and everyone had a lot of fun. The message is loud and clear, go out and have fun with this release. If you do, your members will as well.!!!!

Finally got to do 74 today. I liked the chorey but will need some time with the music as always. What I heard and saw I liked.

When we do the ''nutcracker'', I tell them to put everything into, do em like ya hate me.... scary the power that suddenly goes into them.

You should start to see results soon. I would be tempted to add one or two more Pumps a week - make sure you get appropriate rest between classes. Pump is not going to bulk you up but will tone and help build strength - free weights on the other hand will build bulk.

To start, what are your fitness goals?
If you are looking to increase weight and fitness level using Pump I would suggest going three times a week.
Do you attend any other classes?
