I'll agree with Nick.  the track 8's seem to be really putting the icing on the cake, as it were.  Although it could just be that so much has been put into the previous 7 that we're just worn out.  Mission accomplished.

Since starting this LM journey 3 years ago, I am amazed at what kind of music I have been listening to.  As a 50+ old time Rock n roller, the music used in the LM programs is just kick a$$.  It's pretty much all I listen to now, except when all I have is a radio:)  As far as Pink goes, I might even take the opportunity to go see ...

It's funny how after a new release and we start mixing in tracks, that when we do a really old song people just don't seem to get into it as much.  I credit that with just the fact that they have not done it in a while.  I think it's really good to mix in some old stuff and give your workout some variety.  sometimes those older ...

Funny how at the last quarterly, the room was packed with not just Combaters, but also spectators from all other programs.  It IS the number one draw in the LM programs

You can't get a Scooter track for tracks 7 9 and 10.  I was trying to make an entire group of Scooter songs as well.  I suppose a cool down is out of the question

As a peep who is interested in teaching BC, I found that age is a definite factor when selecting an instructor.  I am now just slightly over 50, have been involved with LM for about 3 years, but there seem to be no opportunities for me.  In my area it appears that our GFM would rather have new instructors who are younger.  I believe ...

We have not had that long to date here either.  I think it would be a great thing to do as a charitable event.  

That is an absolute horrible thought.  BC is why I joined my gym in the first place.  I'd find another gym.  Hard to believe that they are pulling a most successful class.  What could the reason be?
