Dear friends! We begen to work under our route in Portugal. We are planning to start our trip from Lisboa (2-3 days) then Leiria (1-2 days); next sity is Aveiro (1-2 days); and the last one is Porto (4-5 days). Is it possible and convinient to move between cities by train?

thnx :)And in what gyms these instructors are based?In  Russia BC is presented only in one sport network - ''World Class''. Gyms of this network are situated in several big cities. But BC is rave popular. It's much more popular then others Les Mills programms - BP, RPM, BB.
