I'v been doing martial arts for 10yrs, and i just now got introduced to Body Combat through the YMCA in Texas, USA. I love it!!! I just ifnished my initial training, i wanted to die... 3500 calories burned on the second day.
Anyway, i'm developing shin splints, where your muscle fibers are ripping away from the bone, literally, it hurts as bad as ...

To be honest, I'm an infrequent participant of BC. But I sometimes feel the urge to practice continuous quick upper cuts which were demonstrated to the music such as ''Believe In Me'' (BC34) or ''What Hurts The Most'' (BC38), or quick body hooks with ''Welcome To The Black Parade'' (BC32).
And once it hits me, I cannot stop such kind of ...

Thank you very mush for a hearty comment! This is the very answer that I really wanted most. You must be a natural entertainer and be highly talented. And I love talented people.
As I'm just a participant, I'm always wondering whether it is appropriate or not to talk to the instructor just after the class. Of course, some of instructors are very ...

Thank you very much for a quick response! This night I'll have a BC class presented by one of my favaourite instructors. Usually, I just shake hands with him at the exit. But tonight, I'll try to say something nice if it helps to make the instructor and, of course, me to be happy.

I have started a BC community with my participants and I have found BC has taught a lot of them disciplined that has traveled into their lives outside of the gym. It is amazing to ...

Hello my name is Curtis and I live in the US! Since I have been certified BC has morphed my life into someting that I have yet to explain. I have implemented the disciplines it takes to hold the name of a lesmills instructor into other facets of my life and it has made me a better person. Without BC, I still would be looking for ...

This is one of those posts saying this stuff works,
hopefully to convince someone it’s a great way to get fitter.
I was in my late 20s with an office job and after a couple
of years of not doing a lot of activity I was a bit over weight. Wasn’t heaps
over weight, but given my age and was getting bigger, knew needed to do
something.
So ...
