Recently, I've been asked by a few members about the distance of the RPM classes.  Is there a way to determine how many miles an RPM class is?

Months ago you wrote a great post about carbs and exercise.   In that post you referred to about 5 bars that you would actually turn to if you needed a quick carb fix.    Would you feel comfortable letting us know which bars those are?   I also don't eat bars much, but am going to be doing two big outdoor rides ...
