  • Body Pump 47 Track 9 - Work IT

    Have a question about the ab track from 47.  Could someone please explain the 8 Count Reverse Crunch, Alt Leg Push combo?  I get that we are supposed to do an 8 count reverse crunch, then 4 counts for each leg push.  I'm confused though on the second rep.  Do the legs come back down to start the reverse crunch? ...

    My members grumble and groan about ALL of our ab tracks in all formats. Number one complaint, they just aren't intense enough, way too easy, not enough variation.
