  • Most challenging body pump mix?

    I have been asked by multiple members to put together the hardest body pump mix possible, so i am just wanting those who have been doing pump longer then i (i trained on 83 - so still a newbie) do tell me what they think? I dont want to go back later then 75 though. Thanks!

  • How often do you instructors change your tracks (songs)?

    I currently teach 3 pumps a week and change my music once a week in the beginning of the week.  I have a playlist on my ipod called 'Marissa's Pump' which I Ichange weekly.:)  I'm always worried my participants will get bored if I don't change music often enough?  What does everyone else do?   Marissa

  • How many Pumps do you teach a week?
