Does anyone know if you can pass the assessment if you pause the music between tracks?  I hope it's OK because if I didn't pause it, I wouldn't have had time to switch my weights. On average, how long does it take to hear after submitting your tape? Thank you!!

There is a very very skinny woman who attends my Pump classes. She lifts very heavy weights, sometimes heavier than me and I'm a male instructor.
