..oh yeah i wasnt able to order last lot of CD/DVD online because outside 16 week period after training and i hadn't got my vid assessment results back yet (which took absolute ages)...so no option but to call them and order...then forced to pay non-online price because their IT system is so stupid and cant figure that i am entitled to ...
