Hey there jammers, I haven't been teaching jam for long but i remember a couple of years ago i was attending classes and there was an AWESOME dance-off style track. Totally can't remember the song or even the moves but it was split the room and take turns breaking out...pretty simple hip hop style moves if i remember correctly, fun ...

Elizabeth,   The dress rehersal is a good idea. Although I have been practicing everyday and intend to practice at the gym, I hadn't thought of a full on dress rehersal but that really makes sense. Coming from a dancing background, I should know better. 8-D  I've got 10 days, so I'll keep you posted. 

I applied a month or so after completing my video.  I wasn't invited to the instructor bootcamp.  I am planning to apply again, now a year later, in the beginning of March. Good luck to you and anyone else who is planning to apply!  I would seriously be a dream come true for me! cbc
