    RexFury: I think ten minutes for meditation when most participants haven't been coached in meditation is a cop out.  Five of those minutes could be put to better use.  I disagree; BodyFlow isn't just an exercise class, and the benefits of meditation or deep relaxation are well documented. 5 minutes isn't nearly enough to get into a ...
