  • New to Attack - Foot Pain

    Sharp pain in the arch of my foot started in the middle of my first BA class last Monday. Waited until Friday to try Attack again and the pain started up immediately. I tightened up my shoe and finished the class. Not sure if that was the right thing to do b/c it is Saturday morning and it still hurts to walk... Instructor said I was on the ball ...
