Recently, I've been asked by a few members about the distance of the RPM classes.  Is there a way to determine how many miles an RPM class is?

I went through training a few weeks ago on release 34.  I thought I would go ahead and get set up on auto-ship, but when I do it tells me that the first release I will get is 34, which I already have.  Should I wait to sign up and if so when will 35 be available?  Shanna

It is written in your manual. To do an RPM for 75 min you first ride number 1-7 and yhen you do number 6 and 7 one more time. Then it` s nice to do number 6 and 7 from another program :) But to do this you have to write LesMills for permission. Good luck!   Heidi
