  • Re: Release 1 and 2

Having taught thru Sh'Bam releases 1-4 (we were a pilot club in Arizona for the program), the format has not changed. Having said that, I have no idea how you would get a hold of the first couple of releases. I can't imagine only having a couple of releases to choose tracks from; we get pretty tired of doing them all over again between launches!

  • Re: Sh'Bam - Make some noise?

I just filmed my certification video on Friday night. I am Jam instructor, and I made sure to pay special attention to the instruction they gave in the manual: Don't (!) teach it like BodyJam.  I find it makes the class both more fun to teach and harder. The participants are going to be able to pick up on the majority of the moves just by ...

  • Re: Sh'Bam - Make some noise?

The club I teach at has a couple of Jam classes on the schedule - there is really only one slot that has shown any staying power over the years. I see some of the Jammers in Sh'Bam, but I think they come mostly for the social aspect and to really be able to let loose and have fun. The majority of the people in my Sh'Bam class are folks who are ...

  • Sh'Bam - Make some noise?

All right, folks, it has been a month and there has been zero activity in this forum. Are we all speaking our minds by not speaking? As someone who will be officially launching Sh'Bam at the end of this month, I would love to hear from folks: -Have you launched? What did you do to get everyone pumped up? How was it accepted by your ...

  • Re: SH'BAM disappointment

Hey everyone,   It’s great to hear that you are all so excited about SH’BAM! We understand how frustrating it must be when you can’t wait to become a SH’BAM instructor but your club isn’t offering the program. Les Mills requires all SH’BAM trained instructors to be working at a SH’BAM licensed facility because we know that, when it comes ...

  • Re: SH'bam 2

The Dizzee Rascal track is actually Dirtee Disco...I can't remember who does the Can't Touch it track.  Having been teaching this for several months now, it is a great release, and miles above #1. While there are tracks in #1 that I will go back to, this one felt more exciting and the peaks are true heart pumping, breath-shattering ...

There is a Sh'Bam 1. It is the one that was used for the trial.  I don't have my DVD sitting in front of me, but here are some of the songs that I can remember: Single LadiesTelephoneGonna Make You SweatRun the ShowRhythm of the NightFlashdance (What a Feeling) Plus some others. I can look them up when I get home.
