    duncanc: I love the relaxation, I would be happy to follow the format as set by LMI but my employer has directed me otherwise... I would love to know who's bright idea it was to have a 45 minute format in the first place!! So what I do, is all the tracks and skip the relaxation... this is what the members are used from when I took over ...

    Hi Lisa, I have only been teaching since January but I came to Flow dogmatically as a participant for just over a year before that. I find myself often referring back to how I felt as a member in the class for how I now teach.I like to set it up with a few active relaxation cues, maybe say something about the value of giving yourself this time, ...
