  • Meditation and Breathing Exercise Questions.

Hi guys.  Having practiced Yoga for over 3 years now I was introduced to bodybalance by a friend of mine who is currently training to become a bodycombat instructor. • Which class is best suited to fat people? (Rather than just fit thin people?)

So tell me why 35 was your ...

  • Re: I' ve Enrolled!!

Agreed! Taking yoga and pilates, in addition to having a good feel for the essence of the program, helps a lot. The best advice I can give, though, is come in being prepared to go from the first minute you walk in. Allow yourself to be completely present, involved, and in the moment. Practice that in the weeks leading up to the training, just in ...
