Hey gang,
I am going to BA training next weekend and was wondering what type of sneakers you all use while teaching? I was thinking a cross trainer. My concern is the lateral movements. I tried taking class with Nike Frees once. What a mistake that was! What (type/brand) have been working for you? Thanks!!!
