I'm right there with you. I love Jam. When I first started at my old gym, all the women would just turn and look at me. Now they do it for totally different reasons. It's such a great release for me.
I never thought I'd be able to move my body in the ways that I can now. I LOVE this class!

1. Why can't I see anyone else's submission? It keeps telling me the page no longer exists. What's that about?
2. Why aren't more people entering? It's not much of a competition if we have limited choices.

I'm brazilian and let me tell ya that i freaking love Body Jam and our amazing PD Gandalf Archer. I couldn't put into words how much i admire and look up to G. He is simply the best and i think his work is beautiful.

I have taken Zumba. It's fun but it really depends on the instructor. (like Jam) I'll say that the requirements to become a Zumba instructor are much more lax than those of BodyJam.
It is a latin dance based class. Typically the music ranges from Tango to Reggaetón to Salsa... As I previously mentioned, it depends on the instructor. Try ...
