Hey yinz guys!  We're going to be hosting a bodyjam dance party - any cool/fun/unique ideas that you did in the past that worked out well for your own dance parties?  We want to keep them comin' back as much as possible!

Hi everybdy  I was in Pompadour in France  in May and the staff has presented Sheebam and Body Core.  They didn't said it will replace BJ. It's only a new program , more ''dance'' and easier.. I hope so :-)

I'm not an instructor, but a very enthusiastic BJ participant-51 is very high energy, so I like that, but it is not particularly challenging, the movement is quite repetitive, and the music is not anything to really get you rolling-I've done 51 twice now, and another 2 times and I'm good.  I'm not a fan of too much salsa-I've very into ...

What is up with the lesmills company ??   Here they are trying to grow and get more instructors and train...its supose to be about community and familey right? Yea..Crap more like it...In Adelaide they constantly cancel the bodyjam training classes just because they  want at least 10 people there...so to mean that means its more about ...

I'm right there with you. I love Jam. When I first started at my old gym, all the women would just turn and look at me. Now they do it for totally different reasons. It's such a great release for me. I never thought I'd be able to move my body in the ways that I can now. I LOVE this class! 

1. Why can't I see anyone else's submission? It keeps telling me the page no longer exists. What's that about? 2. Why aren't more people entering? It's not much of a competition if we have limited choices. 3. Anyone know the deadline?
