  • Body Bike or Star Trac

    Hi there, Has anyone an advice on RPM bikes? I noticed the HDD bike is the preferred model from Les Mills. I am used to do RPM sessions on a HDD Body Bike. My club is now replacing these bikes by Silver Star trac bikes. The look a bit weird, my corcern is how they cycle? Does anyone have a clue? And moreover, will I stay enjoying my RPM ...

    Recently, I've been asked by a few members about the distance of the RPM classes.  Is there a way to determine how many miles an RPM class is?
