I wanna know, How heavy do the female instructors pump in the official bodypump teaching videos? In different sections could be different weights, can someone tell me all the weights used? I'm Chinese, so my english is not very well, I hope you'll understand what I'm saying.  And how heavy is the bodypump bar?
