  • Benefits of skipping Tai Chi track?

    I've heard that the cardio benefits can be sustained if strength building immediately follows the cardio workout.  So from that I infer that we should skip the tai chi track and go right to Balance, which requires strength, and thus class members would continue to get cardio benefits. What do the fitness pros out there think?
