A quick thought on ages for Jam.... We have only 4 instructors for 2 clubs, 10 classes each week.  2 of our instructors are over 50, 1 over 30, and 1, myself, just under 30.  In my opinion, although I've never done a survey, the average age of our particpant is 30-35.  Which, I think is wonderful!  They LOVE it, and every time ...
