  • BodyAttack Initial training on the WEST COAST

To whom it may concern, I have been scouring the initial trainings and events page looking for when another BODYATTACK will show up... nothing! How is this fantastic program only offered once a year. With as intense as it is, I think at least offer some sign ups and see how many folks would sign up! I'm hurting over here waiting to train for it! I ...

  • Re: body pump training tomorrow...

I had been taking bodypump classes 2x a week for a little over 3 years when my gym asked if I would be interested in becoming an instructor. I, of course, jumped at the opportunity. I had never instructed any kind of class either. I was already comfortable with doing bodypump so I just needed to learn how to pass it on. That is a little easier ...

  • Re: Signed up!

On the 1st day, Friday, we were put into groups of 8 and at the end of the day were given a track to learn that night to teach the next day. We taught that track once in the morning for our group and again that afternoon. Saturday night we were assigned a different track to learn. So, 2 tracks. I may have taken BP classes before but I had no ...

  • Re: Signed up!

I did my IT this past Febuary in NC and I loved every minute of it. It is truly challenging physically. I had been taking BP for over 3 years so that helped alot. We had a great instructor who really helped to tweek my form and explain the reasons for correct form. He was also great in explaining how to be the best BP ...

  • Initial Training, HELP!!!

I'm only 17 years old, but I want to be a Body Combat Instructor, (I know I'm really good at it, and always at the classes up front, memorizing every track, even helping out the Instructor remember sometimes) and I've been waiting for an Initial Training here in California close by San Diego, and I've been feeling so impatient, waiting for months, ...

  • RPM Intensives -- what to expect??

Im going to my first RPM intensive this month in Orlando with Dan McDonogh, and I'm not quite sure what to expect. Does the group ride the whole time? Or is it like initial training - mixing riding with education presented? Or is it more like a lecture - in which case I would feel silly showing up in jersey and cycle shoes!  Thanks ...

  • Jam training in Watertown WI

Hello fellow Jammers,   I'm going to the initial training class for BodyJam Feb 19th-21st.  I'm looking for anyone else who might be going, and is interested in splitting a hotel room/rental car fee to save some $$$. Please let me know if anyone is interested in doing the same!   Thanks! Kylie

  • Getting BodyJam to our club

Just wondering how other instructors have gone getting BodyJam to their club and doing initial training without the experience of participating regularly? My club is 3 hours away from another club offering Jam classes, so we only get a Jam class when travelling out of town or the rare (5hour drive) to a quarterly. We got BodyVive when it first ...

  • Re: Instructors and quality control

It's all we know. I was the guy sitting behind you and to your right in two classes.  My wife (same row, to your right) and I thought you were a quality inspector/auditor.  Actually, we were hoping you were.   In defense of the gym, its going thru some acquisition and expansion issues.  Also, word in the ...

  • Initial Training & Autoship Question

I am going to go to the BP initial training December 5-7.  My question is, will we be given the release BP 67 or 68 at the training?  If we will receive BP 68, I will sign up for autoship now (which will mean that BP 67 will be mailed to me)... but if we're going to be training on and receiving BP 67 i will have to modify my autoship ...
