  • Fractured Foot

    I recently discovered I have a stress fracture on my 3rd metatarsal and wondered how long it would be before I can start Body Pump again .... I'm missing it, but unsure of what I can realistically still do - my doctor hasn't been much help.

  • Sore knees and ankles

    I've been doing rpm for a year now & my knees and ankles seem like they're getting worse. What exercises would you suggest for strengthening knees and ankles? Is there anything i should be doing on the bike to help prevent this? Thank you.

    Thanks for your advice Gretchen! I can't afford special shoes but I did get myself some gel-sole Asics today as they seem to be recommended Everywhere, plus some boxer's ankle supports. It's been two weeks of 'resting' so I'm taking the executive decision that I can get back on it. Have been taking ibuprofen every day and the pain slowly subsided. ...
