Help! I have tried to figure out the timing and move for the slow press in the chest track.  The choreo notes don't explain it very well.  From what I can tell, it's 4 down, 3 up, hold just below the top (with elbows bent), then back up (1 beat) before starting all over again?  My frustration with this move is compounded by the music with this ...
