Mine arrived today and I gave it a little run - only managed a highscore of 8320, which apparently puts me 235th on the ladies' scoreboard over on the powerballs dot com site (submitted the score, don't know if the picture worked out to the right size, so don't know if they'll accept the score submission). I don't think I'm a natural at it ...

See powerballs dot com, which has all sorts about them, from vids and fora to what they claim it can do for fitness / rehabilitation / fun / etc   I'm thinking of getting one in the hope that; - it might help strengthen my forearms / wrists a bit.
