  • Weight Limit While Pregnant

    I've heard so many conflicting reports about how much weight I should be lifting in my second trimester.  Any suggestions?  I'm specifically concerned about squats and back weight.

  • New participant found out she's pg....should she continue?

    I have a new particiant who has been taking BP 3x/week for the last 3 weeks or so. She just learned she is pregnant.
