Der all, I have read a few posts about using the Race of Truth in a class and now I am dying to use it in mine.  Can anyone please help?  I want to get my hands on the material and arrange something big in my club.  Any info would be greatly appreciated.  Mike

race of truth is a great challenge. our trainer said ''this is as close you will come to dying before it actually happens'' ....what a workout, i was wearing my polar watch and when i looked at the graph afterwards it scared me...big time, have been working at 97% of maximum heart rate for a long time.....but it is so great when it is over.....all ...
