I have yet to launch this release but i have to tell you this the BEST RELEASE SINCE 33! The songs are absolutely fantastic; particularly the big ones 3, 5, and 7. Checked out ''Behind the Cow'' by Scooter last night on youtube... awesome track! I am a big fan of the German band Scooter... I can tell this song is going to rock the house and will make a great song 7. I hope they tap into some more of Scooter's material for future releases.

We launched release 36 yesterday and the classes just loved it! I have to admit that I was struggling with being motivated about track 7, to me the music just seemed to be building and not delivering. But I stuck with the program, learnt the choro & pretended that I loved it.
After class, members came up and said .... that was the best ...

Hi all,
Is it -that- important after that massive track 5 to go from Seated Recovery to Ride Easy? I don't think so.
But if you listen a lot to the music it becomes a feeling when to do what and not a drill and you know where the 43''-marker is.
