Recently, I've been asked by a few members about the distance of the RPM classes.  Is there a way to determine how many miles an RPM class is?    

Hello all, I track the number of cardio miles i do each week... compared with my outdoor riding i estimate we cover about 15 miles in a 45 minute RPM class.  Does anyone know of any hard data to support or refute this figure?   All the best... Chris
