Dear RPMers,
I've just learned that I might be moving to an area that has no RPM within a reasonable radius. This disturbs me; I've been doing RPM for more than two years now and cannot imagine life without it.
I've never done a regular spinning class, nor have I taken any of the branded cycling classes at other gyms. I might have to ...

Recently, I've been asked by a few members about the distance of the RPM classes. Is there a way to determine how many miles an RPM class is?

Revolutions per minute?

Today was my first day back to work out after having a baby 7 weeks ago. I have not worked out at this YMCA before, but have belonged to 3 others in 3 different states. I always join for the Les Mills classes. The class started at 9:45 and after arriving and dropping off my 3 children in 3 different areas, I got to the class at ...

I cant pick a single one, but here are the favourites:
- Inspiration
- Sunlight
- Rise Again
I'm not 100% certain but I think they're all Ian Van Dahl tracks.

Yep, keep at it. :)
You'll note that in newer releases there aren't any periods of racing or aero-racing any longer than 60 seconds. I'll have to defer to Dan on this one but I speculate that this is because any longer and people tend to turn down too far and bounce/spin free.
My personal advice - keep the load on(ish) during those ...
