Recently, I've been asked by a few members about the distance of the RPM classes.  Is there a way to determine how many miles an RPM class is?    

Hi, I'm new to RPM - just passed part 1 yesterday - I hear ''Right Round'' by Flo Rida is on a previous release. Can anyone tell me which one, so I can get a copy if there are any left in the store?

In the last weeks before releasing the new RPM-workout, we use old RPM-releases in the mix.   But what to do with choreography of those releases if the positions have evolved out of current RPM-releases?    Is there a list of the do's en dont's?     Regards, René Schutte  [The ...
