After teaching a few classes and the Launch, there have been some problems starting out facing one side of the room.  Even with accurate cueing, there is confusion and backs face stage when they should not.  Any tips?  Thanks. 

What I found useful as a new instructor - and still do! - is to take inspiration from the DVD, chorey notes and technique section of your book.
