I'm pretty much an RPM addict and more recently fell for Body Pump as well. Les Mills classes got me back into shape and most of all I have more kick than ever! I went from 24% body fat to 19% and still working my way down.

Last week after class, I had an elderly Lady (mid 60's I'd guess) come up to me and state that she had been diagnosed with osteoporosis. She then proceed to ask me about changing or modifying her weight selection and/or movements. Does anyone have any advise I can offer her?

Did anyone notice the weight icon in the notes on the upper right hand side? I don't remember ever seeing this before and was wondering if anyone knew how to decode it.
