Totally agree with you on that one. I attended one of my colleuges BB class the other week, and I realised that I dident listened of a word what she was saying during the relaxation part... my mind was elsewhere.. but the point is, her voice was i souch a tone, and pitch that it wasnt disturbing.

Agreed! Taking yoga and pilates, in addition to having a good feel for the essence of the program, helps a lot.
