Oh I'm so excited for you! I debated the regular vs plus question too witht he last release. I wound up launching BODYJAM regular not plus.
My advanced members still loved it! We did it for a month, then we added in plus tracks and moves as we each felt like it and did that for another week or two. Now I'm mixing again. My members loved the addition of the new moves - it spiced it up.
The regular version can still be physically a good workout as long as you bring big energy to it. Our numbers have skyrocketed from 10 consistently to 15-30 consisitenly. More varied members are enjoying it now. I've taught it too teens and although they know the music better - they don't always dance better so the basic is still a good place to start with them too, then add in when it seems right.
