What I can say about the new Flow is....it makes me sweat:) How's that for a review. Could the instructor have anything to do with that??

Hey Alison, I am so glad you wrote me. I think of you everytime I get dressed in my workout clothes. Luckily nothing for Flow is really "name brand" so I can get away with the mixing and matching. BUT when I got to work out I laugh when I don't match. I miss you woman. How do you like the new Flow? We launched yesterday and this morning. It went really well. Our team is up to 4 instructors now! We did a "Grow w/Flow..." theme having them write on flowers and plant seed w/a goal to grow w/over the month. So how are the kids, your husband, you? How is BP and Flow going? We launch Combat here May 5th. We have not had it yet at our gym so it is brand new here! Should be tons of fun. Enjoy your week. xoxoxox

I've mentioned Flow several times around him, and stated the benefits that I get from it. I know he's been wanting to. You know, if I did all I wanted in there, I'd be teaching Combat and Pump, have a black belt in martial arts, and be competing in triathlons......of course, I'd have no full time job, be divorced and homeless:) You just can't fit it all in:)

Missed all of my Tuesday fun today....work called and I HAD to go. Messes up all of my fun. I could not even get out and go to Combat this evening. Oh, well, duty comes first. Missed ya....cya another day.

I just love that Thurs. BC class with Liz. the Q was one of the best things I've ever done. I call it wicked crazy fun. I made it through all but the last 10 min. of jam, and then came back for flow. Now I know why I don't stay for the relaxation part. I'd be half asleep for Sheldon, and that would not be good:) Maybe some day I'll get to the stage and be able to go to all of the Qs.

Allison I just got done speaking to your sister michelle. Told her about the the weekend. She said she makes wooden dolls and showed me a few so she's going to make a little ariel mermaid doll for my niece. I thought the were wicked cool, told her she's alot more creative then I would be.

I love the picture of Sarah and Cora.. Sarah looks like she got big over the year, ya know since I last seen her. It's crazy how time flies by, i'll definately stay in touch... Tell the shel man that we said hello and watch him tell you 235-240 when you see him LOL all solid though I gotta leave him a line next. I'll ttyl thanks for the advice! KIA KAHA
