I'm glad all is well. I wanted to thank you for an awesome training. You are such a great role model. Wish we could have you come teach us EVERY new release! :) Is it normal that the tracks are playing in my head at night and actually waking me up from my sleep?! Thanks again for everything. Awesome initial training class ! Thanks for all the help, tools and tips!! I've got that Body Jam #49 CD set to play in my car. Sounds great. The other drivers must wonder what-up, when I ripple down while driving. I'm working on learning the tracks. Oh yeah, I found that missing beat on track 3 -- working on the timing, ya know.
Big shout out to the class - great group of folks.
