Hey Danielle,

Just had to share with you that YIPPEE....I passed my Body Jam assessment so now I'm officially part of the BJ tribe. Thanks again for hosting the training and being part of getting me started on this awesome Body Jam journey!!!

How are things going for the Expo? Have yall had any practices yet? Did you decide to do part of 48 or just older releases? Who's presenting?

My littlest has surgery on Mon. so I may be out of the loop for a while, but would still love to practice with ya when I can....

Thanks for the promo handouts....they are great and we are spreading the word!

Hey Danielle,

Thanks for sending on the info about the Jam training. I just signed up!!!!! Any advice? I'm scared to death; it's so out of my box but I need the challenge and couldn't pass up this opportunity to do something different. Hope I can "sell it" like you and Brigitte do so well :)

Just thought I'd contact you to tell you that I was in Charleston vacationing at the Wild Dunes Resort and as we were leaving on Sat. I passed this cute mini copper with the license plate BODYJAM so i just had to look you up. Rock on girl...Love the plate tag. I'm a jammer too:)

Hey Danielle,

Just checked out the schedule for the Q...didn't know if you had already gotten the info, but looks like the Bodyflow master class is at 10:25 and then Jam right after at 11:35. Did you decide to go or not? We have 3, maybe 4, of us from Gold's going. So excited!!! :0)
