We sure do miss having you in Attack class. I hope to see you real soon! I will be in New Orleans this weekend for Essence! I am seriously thinking about the half in October. My friends are I are considering the full marathon in Philly this November. Would you be interested? Give me some more info on the Quarterly in September, that might be a good birthday gift to myself.

Thanks for wanting me to be part of your RPM team! It is really my love. I also run NOTC (NEW ORLEANS TRACK CLUB) plus other running clubs. The best thing I did for myself lately was join The Fitness Club. It has been a new lease on life for me. Hope I can give back some of what I've gotten. Ride on... Jackie

You are so sweet and nice! Thank you for the compliment. You know that I think the same about you. You are always welcome in our gym, we love having you in class. We consider you part of our family. Please come and feel welcome!!!!! As far me, I am teaching Attack at 5 am on Thursday which is a bit much! Right now, we have the Biggest Loser Contest going on so the gym is crazy packed with people and the schedule has changed a bit. After the month of June, I will probably teach Attack on Saturdays with Anidas. Also, I am teaching Jam on Saturdays at 9:45 am. I definitely need directions to your gym, I would love to come and take RPM.

I have been missing you in Attack. How are you? I am sorry that I didn't get a chance to respond to the RPM training. I am still busy with work, traveling quite a bit! Now, things are finally starting to slow down. What is your schedule in Luling? I would love to come and take a class or two.

Monday would be a PM class- 5:30 PM so let me know if you'd be available ok? Wed. is the 5 AM class, but I think it is covered- I think John, the owner will teach it, not sure. I will find out tbis week.
