Hey Kim,

So good to hear from you! Did you go to Quarterly in Nashville? My wife did with a big group from Bham, but I stayed home and kept the kids. I heard it was great! We're doing well here - I'm still teaching PUMP and RPM twice each per week, and still love it! I teach at Gold's Vestavia on Saturday mornings at 9:30 if you can ever make it. Also, the launch at the JCC is Sunday, 10/18 all day, and the launch at Gold's is 10/31 all morning. Do you every see anyone from our training? I still have such fond memories of that weekend! Brooke came and trained a bunch of people from Bham last month. It was great to see her. She just got married! Hope to see you soon. Mark

The baby is great!!! I am so out of shape though. We had to have a C-section but I am 20lbs. away from being back where I was. I would like to come back before Christmas. I have started walking to get aerobically back in shape. Would there be any way I could borrow a set of weights to get my strength back? I could work on my video, but I know new releases have been out, so I'll need to learn those. I am very interested in getting my BodyStep certification. Do you know of anyone who alsready has it? Anyways, give me a call when you can. Hopw all is well!!!

How have you been? Have you launched the new Jam yet? We did 2 weekends ago - some pics are on my LM page. I just taught the whole thing by myself last Wed and it kicked my butt especially those salmon fish jumps - I love that whole section! Hope you and the family are all well!

Kim!! It was nice meeting you in Nashville! I am happy you will go to visit Italy: you will have so much fun! I am originally from Rome and of course Rome is definitely the place you have to go..and Venice, Florence, Capri..there are so many beautiful cities and so different one from the other!
