Nothing better than seeing new instructors get the jump-start on obsession for LM! I teach Combat, RPM, Pump and Flow.....and the balance that each one brings could not make me any happier!

This summer, I dabbled in Triathlons, but I LOVE the bike more than anything! Thinkin' i might get another road bike by the end of the summer! Love to do anything as a challenge!!!!

I got into teaching at the request of an instructor going on maternity leave who wanted me to take her class in 3006. RPM was my first program, then Pump 3 months later, Combat 3 Months after THAT and THEN Jam (with my Fav SWEAT TEA!)

Needless to say, my fitness journey began by an instructor who took an interest in my life as a participant and just asking the simple question of would I be interested in teaching!

The Kool-Aid that I have drunk is FLOWING through my veins! I want nothing more than to continue MY personal education while bring new levels to other's fitness, being an instructor that always looks out for the participant and remembering how I started!!

Sorry to hear that you are not coming over, I totally understand. Jinda is Awesome, that's for sure! I'll check with Robert to see what the plans are for the future quarterly locations are going to be. You never know where they will be. Take care and talk to ya later.

Hey Ruthie, Thank you so much for your info! I enjoyed reading your profile and looking at your pics too. So are you planing to come over for the LMSC Q on the 28th of this month in Ft. Worth? Hope so! You know how much fun it is, plus they are doing the 2 Instructor upskillings for BP & BC the day before!

Greg	Hey Ruth - enjoyed seeing you this morning! I'm impressed with all of you folks who teach multiple programs and do them so well!! When I started taking these classes, RPM was by far my favorite - but Combat is getting up there now too. Wish it was offered at 5:30am somewhere since it's hard for me to take evening classes. Oh well - good job today and see you Sunday!
