Congratulations Salema. Which B.Attack did you film for certification. I'll be filming B.A. 57 in a few weeks. I cant't wait to get it done. We jsut launched it at Golds Gym Bel Air Maryland. Everyone is excited about the new program This my fourth and just as exciting as the first. I also teach other classes. I teach a lot of aquatics, spinning, and some free styles. In the evening I'm a technologist at an area hospital. After I complete my post-graduate degree, I might attain another fitness level. We'll see. I'm really contented with what I have.

Congrats on your video - you must be SO excited!!!!
My FIS course was awesome - really great instructor and overall a lot of fun - I'm excited/terrified to teach!! There are SO many things to remember!!
I will be at that release on the 15th so I'll be seeing you then!
3 weeks to BA training.... yikes! :)
