SHELDON! I can't thank you enough for pushing me beyond my limits this weekend. Word on the street was that you were "the best" but that is a complete understatement! Your inspiring and motivating personality was contagious this weekend and I am forever thankful for your instruction! I didn't think I'd be able to do it, but now I know how strong I really am! After I walked out on Sunday, I went over to the Philadelphia Art Musem and my boyfriend took a video of me running up the steps and celebrating at the top like Rocky! What a fantastic feeling! Thank you again for everything and I hope to see you soon!

Hello, Sheldon,

Thanks for a great weekend! The weekend was grueling and challenging, but it was worth the trip up from DC to ensure you were our trainer. All I can really say is "wow". I hope to see you again soon at a Q in the near future, but definitely in Atlanta in August.

Just went to the LMMW Q yesterday in Chicago yesterday - it was so great! I had the chance to chat with Megan P., and she mentioned that you'll be on an upcoming Pump DVD.
