It's official. I'm honored to be a Les Mills Body Pump Assessor! How exciting! This has been a wild and fun year. What a ride.

Excited to also be an official FLOW instructor!!

A Little info:

I'm the GFM at two gyms, National Fitness Center, Tazewell Pike and Sevierville. We have several locations. I am so excited to have the opportunity to lead these group of instructors and help build our wonderful program. If you have launch suggestions or any other fun or creative idea- send it my way!

I gave my sis (www.myspace.com/tennion) some key words and we spit out a rap. It's so fun and out of my comfort zone but I loved it.

Deborah	Trillia, I just noticed your site for Christian music. I will take a look at it. At the Y, husband and wife team, Chris and Cynthia (not LM) teach a cycling Devotion in Motion class. They have asked me to sub, but I have no music for their format. I will take a look to see what you have.

After working full time at over 60 hours a week at the Y (getting paid for 40), I am now part time! This gives me more free time to work on my LM formats. Combat is my favorite. I am hoping to work for a nearby club where Justin and Nicole Sanchez work. There, I hope to improve on all my formats and maybe get Attack and Vive. The club has all 8 program. This 54 year old mind can not teach Jam, but it I want to take the class, it will help me when I go back to Dallas for cheerleader reunions. I am coming to Nashville when South Central has a quarterly there. I hope to see you there. I have two sons, 25 and 21.

Hey Trillia,

Yes it will be Fun in TN in September!! Wow 7 months pregnant, CONGRATULATIONS!!!
I know you will not be sitting in the corner the whole time eating but you will be taking a lot of breaks to the bathroom and to elevate your feet.

Thank you for putting Jana & Kimberly in your prayers, I know they will appreciate it.

Do not know yet on which program that Shaunna will be upskilling on yet but once I get that info I will let you know.

You are most Welcome for the message and the other info and Thank you for the kind words and for taking the time to read my profile.
I always try to inform everyone of things happening or upcoming events because I like to be informed too of whats going on and such.
So are you coming down for the LMSC Q in Feb?
