December..... NEW focus....BIG GOALS for 2010

I have three 1/2 marathon's I am doing NEXT year, one 30k run, a full marathon and my very first tri-athalon!

So other that teaching the classes I already teach I have decided to take 2010 as my year of personal achievements.

I have been running 5 days a week, did a half marathon this past weekend in 1:47:18. My personal best so far. Looking forward to pushing myself to be the best I can be. Who knows maybe 2011 I will do an Ironman....anything is possible if you believe in yourself!

I SWIM, BIKE, RUN, BLADE,SKI,DO PILATIES AND YOGA AND LIVE BY MY BAR(BODYPUMP BAR) THESE ARE MY IDEAS OF FUN.

1/2 Marathon time 1:55:19....not bad for the first time around!!!! Running through the Tunnel from Canada to the United States was the best part....so cool!

Christina C.	It was an answered prayer. Came across it online then found it in a store called Tri-Sports here where I live and they swore by it. You can purchase it on line for the same amount or less. It takes a little getting used to at first but it works. Within the first week I noticed a huge difference!! Good luck.
