Shawn Bendinelli - Advertising Creative Director by day, Les Mills super hero by night.

I caught the Les Mills bug about three years ago getting my certification in Body Pump; and have continued the addiction with RPM and Body Flow certifications. Being that cycling has been a passion of mine for many years now, RPM seems to be a perfect fit for me. I love the opportunity to help people achieve their goals and to push further then they ever thought they could. I am married to a real sweetie who has also become addicted to the Les Mills programs, and rocks the house as a Body Pump and RPM instructor!

Just had my first workday at the hospital after my fantastic mountainbike adventure in the Pyreneeen. Love your pictures of you, family & little girl. You're really crazy about Les Mills. Our Les Mills family,
In case you do not follow us on Facebook...
Jannette and I had our baby girl Monday 8/31/09 at 9:48PM.
Her name is Chiara (key-AR-ah) Adelante (yes RPM inspired...we are true FREAKS!)
She was 7lbs 9oz and 20 inches long at birth.
Jannette wound up needing an emergency c-section due to an abruption and she and I are being told we are very fortunate to have our new little one and Jannette still around as well. We are now home recovering further.
Under the circumstances...we are all doing rather well...

Thanks for all your well wishes and support.

It is time again to take up the challenge and pick a fight with cancer. This year we are stepping up the challenge and asking our members to ride 24hours to raise money for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Unfortunately, my wife and I will not be riding the LAF event (cuz we are having a baby - WOO HOO!), but we are committed to supporting those who are ready to take up the fight.
