Designing a smart-looking timetable which promotes your Group Fitness offering effectively is simple. There are numerous ways to customize your look and feel – colors, logos, layout, headings, fonts and images. All it takes is that you choose what you want, when you want it. Reporting
With CLUBCOUNT™ you can focus your resources to drive growth based on quality reporting that is available at the click of a mouse. CLUBCOUNT™ will report on a whole range of information from overall attendance trends, class-by-class numbers, instructor performance, rankings and more. Below are examples of the reports offered by CLUBCOUNT™ and a brief overview of how each one will be useful.
1. Total Group Fitness attendance Review your total Group Fitness attendance trend over time. This will provide you with a great benchmark from which to plan future attendance goals.
2. Total Group Fitness attendance against target Check how Group Fitness is performing against targets, so you can plan your growth strategies as required.
3. Total Group Fitness attendance against capacity Understand your Group Fitness efficiency by comparing your Group Fitness attendance to maximum class capacity. This will identify, firstly if you are increasing or decreasing your capacity usage over time and secondly, how much spare capacity you have available on your existing timetable to support planned attendance growth.
4. Average attendance per class for whole timetable Find out if your average attendance per class across your whole timetable is improving over time. Also use this information to benchmark if individual classes are performing above or below average class attendance and then prioritize which classes may need help to increase their numbers.
5. Individual class attendance against target Identify which classes, programs and instructors are underperforming as well as those which are doing especially well. Then allocate your resources to classes that need assistance to maximize class numbers and note top performers that will help accelerate attendance growth.
6. Individual class attendance against capacity Use this report to identify which classes aren’t performing as well as expected when compared to maximum capacity. Any classes which aren’t operating as anticipated may need extra attention and resources to increase attendances.
7. Total attendance per program Identify the relative strength of all, or selected, programs and then note if program attendance trends are growing or declining over time. Then you will know which programs may need additional resources to reverse disappointing performance.
8. Average class attendance per program You can evaluate program attendance trends further by noting how many people on average are attending classes for each individual program. As a result you can review if average class attendance per program is increasing or decreasing over time, so you can apply the right resources to create growth.
9. Number of classes per period This report shows you if you are expanding, maintaining or reducing the size of your Group Fitness offering over time.
10. Individual class attendance for rankings – Actual and Adjusted Rank your top-performing instructors and publish them. By recognizing your ‘top 5’ or ‘top 10’ instructors monthly or quarterly you will find that friendly competition between teachers will help to foster ongoing attendance growth.
11. Average actual attendance per time-slot Identify which are your peak, shoulder and off-peak time-slots and then create strategies for growth so you can expand the number of peak time-slots on your timetable.
12. Percentage of total club attendance delivered by Group Fitness Calculate the contribution of Group Fitness to your total club attendance as an ongoing measure of your success.
