Traditional weight training equipment is used in BODYPUMP™. This includes a barbell and 1kg, 2.5kg, 5kg and 10kg weights, together with clips, or “collars”, to secure them to the bar. A bench, or step platform, is used for exercises performed while lying down and as an option in the lunge track.
